Pathway Coaching
Pathway coaching is a free 2+ year program that offers students coaching/mentorship throughout their senior year and first years of college or other post-high school endeavors. The goal of our program is to help students build confidence, discover the right pathway for their life, and connect students to their future while finding long-term support.
The support we offer to students in our program:

Discovering their strengths
Identifying a pathway that's right for them after high school
Develop a detailed Life Plan
Create reachable goals
Build a network/community around them to help accomplish their goals

Resumes, job search, and applications
New Vision Urban Impact connects with individuals and students that want support as they enter into college & adulthood.

Students get paired with one of our coaches
Our mentors provide individualized support based on the goals of the student.
Students build a long-term support system & professional networks through peer and professional connections.
Students build confidence and are empowered to discover their purpose & accomplish their education/career goals.
